Topic: Youngstown show info needed

Hey all -  Anyone have info on the Youngstown show Friday? 

A couple of questions off the top of my head....

-  Free admission correct?
-  How many people are expected?
-  How is parking?
-  Are alcoholic beverages allowed in the park?
-  Is there an opening band?

Hi Doug-

I live in Youngstown and I would gladly answer your questions.

-  Free admission correct? YES
-  How many people are expected? 2000-3000
-  How is parking? There is only one entrance and the traffic will be backed up.
-  Are alcoholic beverages allowed in the park? No Alcohol
-  Is there an opening band? NO

It looks like it will be a perfect night to go see a Joe show!!

The Mill Creek MetroParks 7UP Summerfest Spectacular continues on Friday, August 22nd at 7:00PM at the Judge Morley Pavilion with national recording artist Joe Bonnamassa.  The concert is free and open to the public.  Just bring a blanket or lawn chair.

Dean -  What time are you going to get there?  I want to get up close but dont know what time I need to sneak out of work. wink 

Just intruduced a coworker to JB music today.  Hes an avid  Buddy Guy fan but never heard of JB.  Let him borrow Blues Deluxe for the day, one listen and he decided to go with us Friday.  I warned him if he goes,  He will be hooked!!!!

I am not sure what time I will be there.  There is a nice playground for my kids and we may head up early to let them play.  I think fans will be coming in between 5 or 6 o'clock.  I know a lot of people work on Fridays. I feel that the crowd will be getting a late start and getting caught up in the traffic.
