Whatever guitar is properly set up and has fresh strings on it... a constant problem for me. I'd say my '58 RI Les Paul is that guitar day in, day out. It's just intonated perfectly and with a fresh set of strings she sings like a bird. My strat is a moody girl, she'll rip one day and fight with me the next. I find that strats are very finicky at times but when they have it going they are probably the king of jamming guitars.
