Topic: Another amp for a stereo rig...

Any suggestions on another amp to pair with a 100 watt Marshall head to create a full 3-D stereo sound?  I'm looking at amps like the Budda Superdrive 30 or 45, Marshall Vintage Modern, Soldano Hot Rod, Hughes & Kettner Duotone or Triamp, etc.  Would it be wise to match wattages so I don't drown out the other amp? Do any of you guys own any of these amps? I have read some of the opinions on this forum from plenty of Marshall, Soldano, and Budda lovers but I am shocked there are hardly any H&K owners. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Oh, the Marshall I currently own is the DSL100 if that helps.

I forgot to mention in my already lengthy post that the kind of tone I'm looking for is a fat saturated tone that will clean up pretty well by rolling the volume off the guitar. Also it would be nice if the amp was both humbucker and single coil friendly. Thanks!

Re: Another amp for a stereo rig...

First of all, let me state that I'm a beginner/hobbyist/whatever so I'm not a active gigging musician.

My stereo setup is my Rickenbacker 620 (with the Rick-O-Sound) - I'm running the neck pup into my Fender Blues Deluxe reissue and the bridge pup into a Marshall MG100HDFX (solid state, with the FDD switch in). The nice thing about the "stereo" Ricks is that the fifth pot acts as a neck pickup roll off. I get some amazing tones with the Fender amp slightly overdriven and the Marshall running clean with some delay and reverb thrown in.
