Tried for so long to
resist the power of it
I can't anymore
from the outside in
looking at all the wizards
of the game Haiku.
The young pretenders
try to give away the crown
only one king here.
I'm bored at my desk
as you can probably tell
no change there then huh?
Am thankful for a good life,
others not so fortunate.
They have got my thoughts.
It's an ugly world
got a good family though
and a few good friends.
When the bad days come
I know they have got my back.
Better days will come.
