Hi everyone , had loads of e-mails ( where's the reviews , setlists , video's )

Last night at Sheffield was Different in a Few instances ...  "Woke up Dreaming" Joe inserted/improvised in an unheard Segment of about 3 minutes , was totally different and Flowed Brilliantly ... Plus this "You upset me Baby" Jam Encore in Turning into a kind of "Mountain Time" Show Stealer , Tis a Fantastic highs and lows Boogie shuffle feel , with the Rhythm section jus' rollin' out killer Blues ... it is a wonderful finish

Yeah i've Just Got Flu ( well some kind of Super strain , with deep rooted chesty cough ) can't shake it , Medicine ain't doing anything either ( think it was standing in line at London & Frome ) so straight after shows , no chatting , back to hotel
Looking forward to tonight , Chillin' in Hotel ,just gonna watch a movie , Eat & Sleep

I sent you some cyber-love, but I guess it isn't as effective as in person! It makes you kindred souls with Joe since he too is ailing. Even though this is starting as a virus, many have needed antibiotics. The secretions that sit in your lungs tend to grow bacteria, so, if you're coughing up colored phlegm that has happened. In the mean time, rest, hydrate esp with warm liquids, and try to find some chicken soup, it really does help! Thanks for the film, Michael. You are the best!  Luv ya, Sister Cate

Michael,

Are you sure this isn't just the Rockin' Pneumonia and Boogie Woogie Flu? You have been exposed to a lot of loud, high-powered blues and rock in the last couple of weeks, you know. If not, I second Cate's suggestion of chicken soup, fluffy pillows and lots of rest.

So sorry to hear you are sick!!!  Please take care, sounds like you are doing what needs to be done, rest and warm liquids...........I always favored the tea, with lemon slice, honey and a shot of whiskey..........makes you feel a little better till the whiskey wears off!!

Oh no not you to.
Is everybody getting the flu.
Thank god I had it a couple weeks ago,but with me it wasn't that hard.
Just a couple days and i was back on my feet.
I agree with what Cathy wrote michael.
If it's a virus there's not always a medicine for it.If it's turning into a infection you're gonna need some antibiotics.
Take rest,lots of sleep,good food,lots of vitamins,some aspirine and let your system fight of this virus.
And if its taking to long or that lung story of sister Cate is coming up: See a doctor.

Michael my lad, you're just "Sick In Love" with the greatness that is Joe B. Don't overdue it my friend, we don't need any casualties along the way. Keep hydrating and I don't mean with pints of amber joy. Just lay low till you gotta another show. I'll arrange something in the mail for you to cheer you up.

Thanks for taking the time for us...we know you cant be feeling real social right now...great video as always...when did Joe get a haircut?...nice suit too, looks classy....get some rest and stay away from Joe, or neither one of you are gonna get better...lol...

P.S....got a lady on my route that wears a mask in the winter...says she never gets sick anymore!...I'd do it, but I already look like I've robbed a few banks WITHOUT the mask.
