Topic: Hyper-hype

I was fantasizing about how cool it would be to jet over to the UK for tomorrow night's gig at the M Club and went to their website and found this on their blog. Hype? Sure, but the show's already sold out. It strikes me more as a barometer of the excitement level Joe is creating over there than just a marketing statement.

Jane, that pic was used as publicity for the Vegas show so I think Joe's management must be using it. And what's wrong with it? Other than you don't like the photographer? I've got it as wallpaper on my work computer and it's a favorite. There aren't many photos of Joe without the shades.

You know seeing Joe laugh makes for a great picture.  I do like this picture. And the other thing I really like about this picture, is seeing what Joe's dressing room at this particular gig looked like.  Sorry, it's like the tour bus thing with me.  I have always had the dream of being on the road since I was a teenager, so this is another little glimpse into that world.  It's  like Rick's blogs from the road, I just love reading them.    p.l.j.
