Topic: Askin' Around For You...at our wedding

This past October, my wife Marti and I got married at a winery in Hammondsport, New York.
We picked Askin’ Around For You as our first dance. And I’m happy and relieved to report that both of my left feet were mostly cooperative, and the dance went off without a hitch. Check it out:

In addition, our photographer — the incomparable Frank DiMeo (http://frankdimeo.com/) — also used AAFY as part of the soundtrack to a slide show he produced, which chronicled the whole weekend for us (http://frankdimeo.com/userfiles/slidesh … index.html). A weekend that culminated with me, my wife (and Joe!) out on the dance floor for our first dance as husband and wife.

Thanks for the new way to look at this song, Wordguy..It's always been a memorial song in my mind and I like the idea of it being a "Til death do us part" pledge. Stay best friends and have a long and happy Bonamatrimony!    Cathy
