I'm ready to buy a leslie-sim, but is undecided on which one to get (though I have one which is currently the fav). The three contenders are:
- DLS Roto-Sim
- Option 5 Destination Rotation
- Korg G4 (is a bit to big for my pedalboard).
Anyone tried any of these? The amps I will run it through is a Budda Superdrive II 30w 2x12 and Mesa Lonestar Special 1x12.

I've used all 3. DLS was good..very tweakable..but in the end was a little too thin in it's sound. Option 5 I just didn't see what the fuss was about. It's second entry Destination Rotation Single was better as far as ramp up speed...but I still didn't think it was a good simulation. The Korg is the one...nuff said. It is big..and I don't have room for it on my live rig board...so I set it up by itself. It's worth it. Bill

Have you looked into the TC Chorus pedal? I use that for my leslie sounds. I turn the rate up and the depth down--sounds pretty good. The pedal is a very versatile pedal too, and doesn't take up much real estate on the pedal board. 
JAMM's has got a good suggestion. I have the TC Chorus on my live rig board but it's dedicated to chorus. But tweak it up and it does give a passable leslie sim...I don't think it matches the G4...but...the TC saves on real estate and money without having to buy two pedals...if that's of interest to you.
Check out the Boss (Roland) pedal, It's pretty good.
Thanks for the reply guys. I currently have an Analogman Clone Chorus with Deep Toggle Switch, which works well. I came across a Korg G4 used for $250, but I'm still undecided (because of size). The SCF from TC is a great one. Used to have it, regret selling it. I have heard other make similar comments about DLS pedals. The hard thing is that I live were I can't try them....

Missed one of the HK rotospheres on Gear Page emporium today; I wonder what they go for used anyway? Pretty spendy for a pedal, 500 bucks new. Looks like it'll be the new model Option 5 for now. I've seen honest to goodness Vibratones go for a little over a thousand bucks a year ago. Now that's what I need in the music room; would match the 4 ohm cowtipper.
Anybody have an old vibratone?

I've tried one of these and loved it.... just can't justify the outlay when I don't really have a use for one ... it would simply be an indulgence. All the same, it would be my choice if I found a reason to but one.

Has anybody seen, heard, any experience with those Motion Sound Rotary Speakers? What did you think if you have? They build a 1-12 (8 ohm) & 2-12 (4 ohm) version; eminence screaming eagles. $809 from Sweetwater and they will split the 2nd day fedex.
I have the Option 5 Destination Rotation Single and I have two problems with it.
1) There always a popping sound when engaging and
2) it's got a rather noticeable boost when on. The manufacturer told me the first units had this problem and he'd fix it for free.
I'm not sure what can be done about the popping sound though....anyone else have this problem?

Found a Korg G4 today. I'm psyched and so looking forward to be getting it next week. The Dr. Scientist Radical Red Reverbator actually makes a darn good rotating speaker, but I was wanting to use the reverbs on the RRR as well, so timing is for the G4 is perfect.
I use the RotoSim...it's the best I've found so far. Didn't find it thin at all.
My 2 cents...
The Line6 Rotomachine is a good, affordable option. It has various controls including speed of rotary and drive, as well as option of two different leslie cabinets and fender vibro rotating speaker ala SRV's cold shot.
I could never settle for a pedal after having a rotary speaker. I play the motion sound everyday. The SRV 212 has two 12 inch screamming eagles 100 watt max; I use the old TRRI. 85 watts gives me that lush sound, very addicting. One piece of gear that I'd buy again in a heartbeat; over the zen drive and even over the Keeley Compressor.
I just got my Boss RT-20 Rotary Pedal and I have to say it does a very convincing leslie sound. I have not tried the other "boutique" options such as the Option 5, Korg G4, etc. but I am extremely pleased with the tone I am currently getting. On "Slow" mode it sounds very chewy and the particular tone I was looking for was Joe's take on "Tea for One". Nails it. The "Fast" setting ramps the sound up and nails the "Cold Shot" sound. 2 sounds at your feet that you toggle between all in one pedal, pretty cool. The added "univibe" setting does a decent job for that kinda sound and the fact that it is cheaper and more readily available than many of the boutique offerings is icing on the cake. Recommend it in the FX loop.
