My only regret is that I have seen Joe 3 times, and have yet to see him play any of his slide songs. Burning Hell would have been nice . . .
This was the first JB show I attended where that he did not come out afterwards to meet the fans and sign stuff. I know that with his increasing popularity - it was inevitable to happen sooner than later. But it has been part of the live JB experience in the past you wish it would never end.
When we saw Joe last February at the HOB in Cleveland, it was packed and Joe stayed until he talked to every fan that wanted to. The HOB staff was pretty put out by it after about 45 minutes, but Joe persevered. I had brought both of my teenage children to the show, and Joe was so delighted to see youngsters like them, that he talked to them for about 5 minutes. What a genuine guy he is with the fans.
