1.is it Nick or Nic?)
2. What did your grandpa invent?  I'm sorry to hear he's not doing well.

3. That's great about your Masters, do you work on a Macintosh, they always seemed more graphic friendly to me?

4. You mentioned KWS...I actually discovered Kenny Wayne Shepherd through fans on Joe's site...these 2 guys have lots of mutual fans.

Thank you all for the kind congrats and now you pretty much have my mental profile!

1. Its Nic... there's no K in Nicholas.
2. My Grandpa invened his own Aluminum can-crusher that runs on electricity...also Martin (bird) houses that look like condos  among other 'do-it-yourselfer' innovations.
3. I use Apples exclusively. "Hello, I'm a Mac"
4. I saw KWS open for Aerosmith in 1997 I think. 'Smith was promoting their 9Lives album and KWS had "The Trouble Is" with Blue on Black as their big single.  KWS was smoking and drinking Mountain Dew backstage...great show

31. The live DVD is great. I borrowed it to friends. If they are not interested. I fast forward to the the two-part harmony guitar/bass solo in Takin A Hit.  I at least want to get a "whoh" out of them.

Just crious what % of people you play it for are not interested?

My best friend and I grew up playing guitars. His dad had a band that played during commercials on the "Larry McCaren Show" - a Green Bay Packer talk show in Green Bay on TV.

My brothers also had bands - so no matter where we were there was always band equipment to play on.

He is now a CFO for his family dairy and doesn't play as much as he'd like. I played him the DVD and he was just not in the mindset to "discover new talent" but was also apathetic to commercial music. I was hoping playing the DVD would get him back to practicing at least...

I'd say 30% weren't interested. 70% say "thats awesome"

MUCHO CREDIT to Gary & Susan... makes me feel good to know you read them all....
