Just seen that the 2024 Northern Kin festival @ Thornley Hall Farm, nr Durham has been announced for 14th to 16th June.

Think this is a change of venue, and date after complaints following last year's event ending up like a Glastonbury rehearsal.
Northern Kin's new permanent home is at the picturesque Thornley Hall Farm in Durham and within easy access of nearby Durham City Centre and main road links. There's lots of exciting improvements and features planned for our new site for 2024 with lots of great additions being announced over the next few months and include:
THREE big stages of music, in three big tops, giving lots more bands the chance to play Northern Kin.
A completely new bespoke festival infrastructure where the site is being designed to be exactly what everyone needs, culminating in a beautiful festival site from next year with great music, and so much more. Updates on the exciting site development during this year will be regularly posted on social media and the website.
Shuttle buses from all main surrounding towns and cities (see details further down this page).
Easy access by road, close to Durham City and main road links to the A1.
Quicker, easier access into the camp site, when you arrive.
Much better and closer disabled camping access and day car parking, as our new site will allow much quicker access.
Thursday night early arrival camping available again - arrive Thursday evening and get settled in early with no rushing over on Friday morning.
