First up - Wille & The Bandits

2nd up - Albany Down.
Trimmed down in recent years to a 3-piece led by guitar/vocalist Paul Tully, Albany Down have a new album in the can. just awaiting final mixing & mastering in time for 2023 tour.

Sounds like Marcus Bonfanti is working up a new album in his own name for early 2023. No title as yet, but there may be a single dropping before Christmas.

I know it's a re-issue, but it's a re-issue and a half.

Thin Lizzy's Live & Dangerous album, recorded London & Toronto in 1977 is getting an 8 disc box set release, overseen by Scott Gorham and will have the original album along with other key shows from between 1976-1978 (mixed by Ben Findlay from the original multi-tracks).

Release is slated as 20th Jan 2023 with a guide price of around £65(UK)

January 27th sees Wille & The Bandits release an "in session" album, The Kernow Sessions.

The idea being, they'll cover several of their numbers, live, in session, each with a guest musician sitting in.

Looks like there'll be a new Cinelli Brothers album around the end of September.

You can make an advance pre-order by going on their crowdfunding campaign to help send them to Memphis for the International Blues Challenge at the end of January.

In the pipeline for late 2023, heard that Danny Bryant, Laurence Jones and Sari Schorr are working on new albums, so listen out for new material on upcoming tours.

The Main Squeeze released Songs From the Vault today (1/30/2023).  I've already got near half of the album off other releases, but this one has more than a few that i don't have that are a must for my collection.  TMS towers above all groups I've heard since Zeppelin 50 years ago.

Hopefully they'll put out a new album this year and the new stud on the block, Mathias Lattin, does the same.

Not a band often name-checked on the Forum; Ten Years After are having their 1971 album, A Space In Time given a 50th Anniversary shakedown release on March 17th.

Little bit late - Mike Zito & Albert Castiglia's Blood Brothers was released Friday, 17th March.

Gulf Coast Records announces a March 17 release date for one of the most-anticipated albums of the year, the upcoming Blood Brothers disc featuring multi-Blues Music Award-winners Mike Zito and Albert Castiglia. The duo concluded a highly-successful string of “Blood Brothers” shows in the spring/summer of 2022 with new tour dates already announced beginning in February and running through the summer, culminating with a special appearance at the Big Blues Bender in Las Vegas in September.
