No chance this will go ahead. UK gigs being moved to September / October and a lot of them to next year. Other countries will be the same.

I think you are right, especially with the US issuing a Travel BAN on all the UK and surrounding countries right now.  The State Dept has advised all of the US to NOT do any traveling outside of the US as you may not be able to get back in once you leave.
