I realized I enjoy the Stronger Now in Broken Places with the whole band version more than I did at first. Its very good but compared to the stripped down version or listening to it after hearing the stripped down version makes a difference.
Still think the regular album version is better for that song but some really cool parts in the bonus track version.

Hard to believe it's taken me almost 1 year to "warm up" to Redemption, unlike previous albums.

Well Doug. One can say you have been redeemed! It is interesting that sometimes an album doesn’t hit you right away. I bet if you weren’t such a Joe fan you just would have wrote the album off.
I have not had this so much with Joes albums but it has happened to me with other music occasionally.

Funny you say that as a much I think it is a very excellent piece of work, I don’t find my self playing it as often as I have for most of the others when they were newer.
And yet I had it down as my favorite album of last year.Havent played that often this year though.
Music is kind of funny in that way sometimes
