Feel for ya. Hope you get through what ever it is. I find music is my mirror and there is different music for every mood.
I find I try to listen to uptempo music as much as possible. But sometimes you just have to put on something that cuts deeper.

Found this in a far-flung corner of eBay the other week:-
Tom Sears - Howl
It’s from 2014 and as far as I can see, we didn’t pick it or Tom up back then. Our loss as it’s a great slice of “dirty, filthy, fuzz-fuelled Blues” (Tom’s words….) with almost “pop” hooks.
Can’t tell if he’s still current via his website, but he has a Facebook presence, might be worth checking out.
