Paulie Cerra mentioned it right during the show. It is some kind of their inside joke that has to do with wrestling and wrestlers names.

There was a wrestler once who went by the name "Diamond Dallas Page" and his signiture hold was " The Diamond Cutter".....used to laugh my **** off at those clowns....
