Anyone know what gig this was from and have any more footage? There is a little clip of it in this video at 5:21-

In 1991 Joe was 14 so I don't think that is the correct answer but I'm sure someone here has the correct answer....

The age is definitely around 13-14.  That information is proffered there in the videos themselves.  The location could be anywhere, but I’m almost willing to bet somewhere close to home Upstate New York (Utica-Syracuse-Rochester-Buffalo?) and just prior to the formation of Bloodline. Is that Lenny Milano on drums and Greg “Creamo” Liss on bass (bassist on “A New Day Yesterday” album) maybe?! 

Anyone’s guess is as good as mine...
