I was not so lucky.  Lost 3rd row center because it wouldn't take my creds, and I created a new one and it wouldn't take that either.  Had to create a 3rd new account as part of the ticket checkout for it to take.  Ended up 17th row by the sound board, so it would have been worse.  Also spent over 90 minutes on the phone trying to get a person at AXS and never got a hold of anyone.  Really makes paying that "convenience fee" pretty distasteful since the whole transaction was anything but.

What's done is done.  Will just have to crank up some Joe and put that smile back on my face.

and yeah Bonafan, it varies.....sometimes it just a bunch of folks trying, its different each time/each venue it seems like
there is no 'pattern' or system that we know of or that makes sense

Thanks for the welcome.  Been a Bonafan for some time and seen Joe a number of times, but lost track of my prior forum ID so I created a new one to jump on today to see if I was the only one losing my mind with AXS.  Been to a lot of shows and never had a purchase go so wrong.  Was weird because I kept getting presented with good tickets (in the first 10 rows) even an hour after the pre sale opened up so I figured I wasn't the only one having trouble or those would have all been gone too.
