I have the Klon Centaur Silver original, the best boost IMO, then I also have the Lazy J Cruiser that do a fantastic job at boosting the signal ... For single-coils I have the BB preamp Andy timmons Limited edition, great boost pedal too but more specifically for single-coils

I agree 100% on this one, I also am a fan of Andy Timmons and was equipped with the same setting, Carl Martin compressor, BB preamp, and Lonestar on Clean channel... in fact Andy does not use the Carl Martin as a compressor, but more of a pre-boost and it is brillant, it works perfectly. Then adding the BB on top would push the preamp into light crunch/crunch heaven.
