Topic: Publication mention of Blues of Desperation

This doesn't deserve a whole topic but wanted to mention the bi-weekly newsletter called "The Bottom Line" (general articles on investing, health, trends, just about anything you can think of) recently (July 15) had an article about how popular vinyl is becoming.

They appended a listing of "11 Great Albums on Vinyl":
   Sam Cooke -Night Beat
   Roy Orbison -Best of Roy
Pink Floyd -Wish You Were Here
   The L.A. Four -Going Home
Talking Heads - Stop Making Sense
   Howlin' Wolf -Blues Masterworks
   Leonard Cohen -Popular Problems
   Vivaldi -The Four Seasons
   Chris Stapleton -Traveller
   JOE BONAMASSA - BOD

Yay!!!!

Re: Publication mention of Blues of Desperation

Thanks sally ... that's quite a well rounded list of artists / albums ... and they saved the best for last! smile

(My father subscribed to The Bottom Line (a few years back) ... it was interesting to scan thru the range of topics they would cover with information that was new to learn or that you didn't realize.)

"I was in Space for less than 2 weeks … and suddenly Jeaniene’s back … half the Band is off the gd wagon … we have comedians opening for us … and the nice kid that ran our website is now a kleptof’nmaniac.  Boy ... did you guys miss me!!"  Phil Valentine - Road Manager - Staton House Band
