I wouldn't think so, you can preorder the CD on Amazon UK. I'd imagine that it will start to appear elsewhere in the coming weeks.

Glad to see that the *ahem* 'troubles' that dogged this release may have been resolved. I wonder if this is the reason the CD name bears no mention of the Three Kings Tour. Anyway, very excited to hear/see this release soon. :-)
