I suspect this may be an Asian phishing site due to the syntax and description.
Authorized? I will check it out with my sacrificial laptop tonight. This seems like organized bootleg work since multiple cameras are advertised which means off venue production from the stream.

If this is legitimate, I am a bit surprised it's happening considering Joe's reaction on Twitter and Instagram to Coachella being streamed. He likened streaming to the beginning of the end for touring musicians.

I don't think you can ever compare a live concert with a video or a live stream.
If you buy a live dvd it is not going to keep you from going to the live show.
At least that's my thought on it.
