Yup!!!  You got it, Pal, Joseph! wink

Which leads to the pseudo-astonishing non-trivial revelation that Joseph Leonard Bonamassa is actually named after his grandfathers! cool

Your first guess was best.  You deleted the post and left the wrong one. tongue Oh well! It's ok! big_smile

OK, you have 1/2 of the question correct for half credit. wink Good job. His paternal grandfather is Leonard (Lenny) Bonamassa, Sr.

Even if anyone can come up with his maternal grandfather you'll get to ask next. smile

Rocket

Well, a little bit confusing... If I had thought about naming my son - he got a name of its own and the second and third one is the one of his maternal and paternal grandfather- I must have written what I meant: Joseph a n d Leonard (but not Bonamassa!!!) My intuition had been right...

Yes, only after "googling" Randy Brecker must be the right answer. Agree with Patty.

Back to being Sherlock Holmes wink  Randy's name was the first one that came to mind.  If this research requires watching a bunch of 2011 vids I can't do, will eat my hot spot up and I will have to get a fifth job  lol

No. Another hint.  He's never played with them other than that one time. I don't think you will be finding the answer on google.

Thanks Rick.

I'm going to be intentionally vague on this one since there are a limited number of choices:

In the included material (liner notes, booklet, digi-book) on one of Joe's recorded live performances (album and/or DVD/Blu-Ray) the venue is stated to be in a city that doesn't actually exist.

1)  Which album and/or DVD/Blu-Ray?
2)  What is the stated name of the city?
3)  What is the correct name of the city?

PS:  This doubles as an OCD test if you answer too quickly.  wink

Good question. I definitely do not have OCD, but I remember this from somewhere. I had to look up the name of the fictional city, though to confirm what I remembered.

Does that mean you have a guess forthcoming?

I honestly thought someone would get this very quickly.  I'll drop a hint later today if no one has it.

This first hint will narrow the field a bit.  The song list includes at least one song that starts with the letters Slo__  _____.

I'll post the 4th letter in a while which will narrow things down further, and will keep giving hints as needed.  Sorry to bog this down.
