Topic: Blues Jam Night in London - any recommendations?

Hi all

So I've been living in London for a month and a half now and still haven't ventured out to any jam nights.

I was wondering whether anyone on here can recommend any good ones? I'm not a confident player, so any that are known to be welcoming to newcomers would be great. Any where the house gear is particularly good would also be worth a mention wink

If anyone from here frequents any then maybe we could arrange to meet up at one sometime...

And hey, if there's any that Joe has been known to visit when he's in London... tongue

Guitars: Fender American Original 60s Strat, Fender American Vintage 52 Tele, Gibson Les Paul Traditional
FX: Various including - Ceriatone Centura, Fire Custom Shop Carpe Diem
Amp: Fender ML212 Deville + 212 extention cabinet

The Monday night blues jam at Ain't Nothin But is probably the best in town. They also have a Sunday afternoon jam, but I haven't been to that one. The standard can vary, but is generally pretty great. I can't remember having a bad time there.

Joe played there recently there, too, although not at either of the jams as far as I know.
