Topic: What chord is he playing!?!

Hey everyone, new kid on the block here. I've been trying to tab out "Love ain't a love song" and am absolutely stuck on what chord he is playing in the intro riff. It's a funky little thing I sure know that. Any help is appreciated.

I'll use this video since I was at that concert.
The chord is at 4:32 and 4:37 for reference. He plays it more times than that but its the clearest there.

The slide to the 9th fret on B string is optional, it's a nice dissonant/consonant resolution
