Opener of the festival on Saturday will be Jo Harman from the UK:

While she already played at some good venues and festivals in the Netherlands it's the first time that she'll be on a German stage. 
What a great opener to kick-off the festival … don't know a better than the Schöppingen audience to listen to Jo Harman. Looking forward that this voice will move me

Jo is one of my favourite singers. I've seen her live many times, a great singer and she has a great band too. I was at Parkpop last year to see Jo then got the train back to Amsterdam for Joe/Beth at the Carre at night.

It was a great festival! All fitted together: music, weather, atmosphere, public. Just 2 brilliant days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like every year it was a GREAT festival.

The Deutschlandfunk was at the festival this year and recorded some gigs. Part 1 of the recording of the Delta Saints will be on air on Friday 08 Aug., 9:00 pm. Part 2 on 15 Aug. Here you'll find a link with some details:

Tried to find the podcast serie of Deutschlandfunk on stage in iTunes but they offer so many different podcasts I couldn't find it.
