Topic: Could Dodge use Joe?

Dodge has a 600+ HP version of the Challenger coming out called the Hellcat.  Joe's "Burning Hell" from The Borderline show started going through my head while I was reading the article.  Has Joe allowed his work to be used in commercials?

No offense(s) intended toward you or your thoughts, JJ.  Just one personal opinion is all I proffer. IN Peace smile:
Topical answer-No, but Lotus could. wink

My opinion is totally thumbs down mostly because I would be loathe to fake enthusiasm having to resort to "the guy who's singing and playing in that Dodge commercial" as a Joe Bonamassa Street Team enticing (?) J lure!! YUK! yikes Plus, to be possibly relegated to 30 seconds of recognizable corporate debased "fame?"  ..and then be straddled into a trivial Jeopardy answer that has Dodge be the question instead of Joe... no, nein, nyet! mad  Just me, of course! big_smile

In answer to your usage question; Yes, but very, very limited.  A very Good cause???!!! Much, much better chance in my opinion. cool  Even then it might be a personal plea (audio/video; print; web; tv telethon, etc.) without much outright music.

Wasn't there something a couple of years back with Dust Bowl playing during a TBS Western Week commercial?

Yes, but it was a version of Home On The Range with a ZZ Top sound to it. Shred discovered it as I recall.
