Yeah I've heard that, and I know many adults are using them also, but are either or both a good, "better", or best way of communicating with the world? Especially easier to manage compared to direct personal contacts, telephone, & Email? Also, did Joe "ping" you to say Hi and talk shop or you just noticed he's keeping a page?

He asked me.

It's really easy to keep in touch with old high school friends, or people that moved away. I'm friends with a guy that moved to California in the 11th grade, and I can keep in touch with him, which would've been impossible without it.

Cool! So that's like the IM messengers where you put an invitation to "add" as a friend out then...Any spam or other crap happen joining these? Thanks my brother! Sounds like I gotta get with it. Could save me lots of energy compared to old ways.
