Re: Joe plays on Bernie Marsden's new CD

Anyone know anything yet of the individual track guest credits?  Reading the Mascot INFO blurb I see some mention of guests, but I could almost read it as inferring there might be coupling a few together on a (or a few) certain track(s).

Looking to be intriguing.

You'd be right, CrazyMama. smile

"To have Joe Bonamassa on this album was a great joy, we have become very good friends over the last couple of years, I often play with him on stage and always enjoy it, Joe plays on the title track "Shine" and is, well quintessentially Joe Bonamassa, he plays wonderful lead guitar, it is so great to work with the younger guys, Joe has such passion and power in his playing, and he plays The Beast on the track as well for good measure, guitar Heaven, I think is the phrase, ....."

Nice comment from Bernie, which we all know is true. You can read the full article on Bernie's website.

I'm not sure when this was written as the date below Bernie's name at the foot is October 2014 and he talks about a gig next month on November 9! I'm not sure who's in a time warp, me or Bernie!

Thanks for changing the title to this thead, Jean-Charles. I'm sure there'll be a few more replies now that we'll soon be able to hear another collaboration for Joe. I've been within a couple of feet of The Beast and it certainly is a fine guitar.
