Topic: JB Store

Hello everybody,
I'm new to this forum and I am immediately searching for help and answer that I didn't get from customer service although I have sent two emails during past month. The thing is, I have ordered many items from JB Store in past years, latest being "Iridium" and "Amsterdam" with no problem. Now I tried to pre-order Tour de Force CDs and lately T-shirts but when I choose my country in droping menu a message pops up: Error: unknown country or code (CROATIA (HRVATSKA)). I am able to fill in other empty houses but when I hit purchase button nothing happens. I got automatic reply from customer service: thank you for your email, we are dedicated... etc. etc. and nothing else. So, I don't know if there is some error or mistake with JB Store or they have unabled ordering from Croatia which I can't believe is true. Help anyone?
