My only experiences with Joe's sound crew have been to sincerely thank them on my way out for the great job they did with the mix. Lucky for me i'll get to do that again tonight at the Pittsburgh show.

There's 3 things that cannot co-exist in a business:

lowest prices
highest quality
best customer service

If a product can capture 2/3, it's usually successful. That's my opinion of JB in a nutshell. It's not the cheapest, but everything else is top notch.
