From my experience, all other ticketing services have a pre-sale option. When the pre-sale starts there should be a way to enter a pass code. I've done it numerous times including the Fox Theatre show two years ago.

Yup, Ill be at work too.  And I am scheduled to be in a meeting at the time that the tickets go on sale but I have already worked out an "exit strategy" to step out for a few minutes to purchase the tickets.  smile

I hope I get the pre sale code for the Biloxi, Ms. Show. I have been a fan for years and finally went to my first show last year in Birmingham, Al. I had bought tickets to that show months before and the anticipation was something else. That was the show that got interupted by the fire alarm. Was still a great show though! I am ready to see Joe again!

I saw Joe in Biloxi at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum December 2012 (for my 50th birthday celebration).  It was fabulous.  The crowd was small, so it was easy to get good seats.  I have been to a couple of concerts at IP casino.  Their arena is a nice, compact size.  The distance from the stage to the back row is relatively short due to the arc layout.  Just FYI, my favorite nearby restaurants are Jazzeppi's and Half Shell Oyster House.

I get nervous about the start of the presale, too.  I will be at work, so I have laid out a couple of options.  I have both my smart phone and lap top ready to go.  If I have to hide in the bathroom, I will make this work.

Presale rookie here... Wondering what the odds are that I actually get an email with presale code tomorrow, and if I don't, what do I do then? I read a couple stories about people frustrated that they never got the email... Major bummer. Don't want that to be me!

Looking for presale code for Hollywood, FL show. I HAVE to get good seats... Love this dude. My stepdad heard from a friend if he ever had the chance to see JB live, DO IT. A week later a buddy asked if I'd heard of him cuz he was coming to town... It was meant to be. Now I've seen him 3 times including a cross-country trip.

Need that code! We have a solid pack of JB fans now... Please help!

Good luck to everyone jumping into the Pre sale pool.

I can confirm what Jane H. said about TicketMaster locking you out.

A couple of months ago, I was trying for Billy Joel tks for my sister.  I kept dumping what they offered and reselecting Best Available.  Even though I had to type in those random security codes each time ... I must have reselected too many times in a short period.  I ended up being locked out of TM's server for 48 hours.  (No modem unplug or restart would allow me back in.) So be careful with many reselects ... hoping for the front row.
