I think hope is all we have so far.
Read somewhere that they will be released in 2014. No firm date.
Just posted on Kevin Shirley's Facebook page...
"And now we're into 2014. The hangover has worn off, it was back to running up the hill in cold weather early in the morning, and then into my studio all day, assembling the 8 CDs that make up the CD versions of Joe Bonamassa's monstrous Tour De Force set - Live in London - from four different venues, with four different bands plating four different sets - all in a row! So, that was the first day back at it. More studio work next week, and then ............ more later!
Cheers!"

Excellent news!
"and then....more later.."
What a tease :-)
Like!
Great news!
Predictions on month of release anyone...???
Couldn't a person use an audio extractor program to rip audio from the video's of their DVD Copies for themselves ? That would be cool for the time being and you would then be able to listen to it anywhere anytime. Just a thought.

Search for the software"DVD Audio Extractor" it's simple and easy to use , and it's awesome

Thanks matirocker,
I already have AoA Audio Extractor Platinum (Works Great Too), I am going to give it a go later so I can extract the audio into high quality MP3's so I can play Joe in my car. I am going to take a trip to Oregon to see my mom soon and it will be great to be able to play Joe's Tour de Force on my trip.
The only down side I see is that you have to rip each video to one large audio file. So you cant select individual songs. With an editor you could but it would take a lot of time to do. But still, every bit of the Tour de Force is great so I can handle playing them from start to finish anyway.
Thanks
Edit: UPDATE: Just extracted the audio using my AoA Audio Extractor Platinum and came out with some good quality New VBR 192-256kbs 16 bit MP3 Files. They sound nearly as good as the original audio on DVD's.
Cool. now I can listen to Joe anywhere I want when I want. I know , Don't Say It , I'm Obsessed ! LMAO Seriously though, I am hooked, what's not to like, Joe Bonamassa is a kick butt musician man!
Thanks

With DVD Audio Extractor you can extract the audio for the separate "chapters" from the DVD, meaning, the separate songs. The quality is perfect, and you can choose between WAV, MP3 and more formats.
I ripped the audio from my Blu-ray copies (which was a bit more difficult than from DVD) and believe me the quality is not be as good as from it will be on the the CDs. Look forward to them being released sometime very, very soon.
The quality from video releases to CD releases has actually really small changes. From what I know, DVDs (and I suppose blu rays as well) are audio at 48,000Hz and 24 bits, and are not over-compressed as CDs, where the audio is at 44,100Hz and 16 bits, having less bits means less resolution and fidelity, but it's not something that you notice.
The other difference is that CDs get a mastering with a much heavier use of compressors to get the volume as high as possible, while DVDs have a higher dynamic range and don't get that much compressed as they're not fighting the "loudness war".

Hi Matirocker
Too late tonight to crank the Mac back up, so is this software free and Mac compatible?
Buenas noches !! And thanks in anticipation
@matirocker,
That's good to know about extracting the chapters, I'll take a closer look at my extractor program to see if it will do it, if not I will look into the DVD Audio Extractor program you recommend.
Thanks a lot !
