Yes, she just said they would do a small tour, but didn't specify where. Selfishly I'm hoping for Europe again, but I know you guys deserve it in the US!

Things get so hectic this time of year...missed this news when it first came out, but will offer a belated "HELL YES!" to the general chorus...  wink

To be honest though, I would trade the chance to win a Grammy this year for a guarantee that Joe and Beth will continue to record together for at least the next decade...

2 more deserving artists you could not find who have tirelessly gave their all to creating real music and performing live for 2 decades each .... To Finally be recognised

I am so pleased for them both, how many hours on the road and in studios writing lyrics and music it has payed off, they probably dont give a F**k because why now and its a bit gimmicky and false the whole charade but it spotlights their clear talent, it had to come but why so so long

Seesaw is a genius recording with Haunting vocals and stunning guitar work and vice versa too
the price of admission to that album with "I Love You More Than You'll Ever Know" is worthy enough but it has a varied tracklisting of Soul Blues Rock,

So So glad Finally The Recognition

I Do Hope that they win, (they have a great chance in this catergory) and grace the stage with humour humbleness cool clothes  wink and a live performance, that is asking alot i know but dont be surprised

It's a sign of the times.  When I joined Joe's facebook page 3 years ago, there were 5000 members ... now there are 1.9 million!  These days more people know who Joe is when I mention his music.  A friend (who has attended several Joe concerts with me, even one in the UK) called last night to tell me her brother-in-law had given her a cd over Thanksgiving holidays saying "you've gotta listen to this guy," and it was one of Joe's cd's!

Joe's and Beth's talent and perserverance has gotten them where they are and both have my sincere congratulations on reaching this milestone.  I agree with Michael, there's a certain amount of "so what" attitude toward the Grammy's but at least it is the music establishment acknowledging both Joe & Beth, and that's huge.
