Topic: Hello All! (another So.Cal. guy)

Hi!
My name is Rick and I'm a guitar fanatic originally from L.A. (middle of nowhere by Death Valley now)
My wife & I catch Joe shows whenever my insane work schedule permits. We had fantastic seats for the Las Vegas show at the Palms on 4/20/13 & the Saban in Beverly Hills last year. Wanted to make Doheney, but ... sadly couldn't.

As a guitar and gear collector, my Bonamassa interests go beyond his immense talents as a performer. I view him as a knowledgeable authority on guitars, amps & gadgets as well. I truly wish that he'd write a detailed book on the subject!

Re: Hello All! (another So.Cal. guy)

welcome from Orange County! Doheny was amazing but I can't wait to see Joe at one of his own shows where he has a longer set

Re: Hello All! (another So.Cal. guy)

Welcome.  I totally love the gear head side of Joe. I never knew much about vintage gear until I found Joe.  Now when I watch television or youtube I am always looking at what guitars and amps they  are playing.

I think that Joe is not only the flame bearer for blues rock but also for gear history as well
