Topic: 10,000 Shows!!!

I saw something a few weeks ago where BB King recently played his 10,000th show.
I started thinking about this a bit. That's 250 performances a year FOR 40 YEARS!!!
Truly amazing. He mentioned he has scaled back a bit of late and is only doing something like 175 shows a year.

I would be curious in knowing over the span of B.B.'s career just how many artists need to thank him for helping them get their career going! I bet it is a lot. I have read so many articles about guitar players and they credit B.B. for their first known appearance.
