I got signed by gibson (Page 1 of 2)

Ryan Roxie (Former guitarist of Alice Cooper) held a clinic at my local shop, and afterwards one of the shop owners told gibson im the biggest talent there blabla and so I played a little, next day (today) I get a call from the shop owner telling me that gibson wants to sign me, so Ill get a LP classic for extremley cheap, and caps and t-shirts and basically i have to use gibson exclusivley in public, and Ill be playing at the sweden rock festival. Ill also get a ultra killer price for an amp, not sure which yet. Anyway next week ill get my LP Classic.

This is way cool! I'm a big Gibson fan, (love the bottom). I agree with Budda. Unless you get a U.S. tour, which would be better, the only way for us to see/hear your work is in cyberworld. Have a great time at the festival!             Cathy

Wow, you must be a really good guitar player, congratulations ZampraZ. Be sure to post a photo of your guitar and some samples of your music.  We are invited to a party every August hosted by a friend originally from Solna, near Stockholm,  celebrating Swedish customs, especially eating crayfish!  Do you eat octopus?  I guess you know the song about the octopus's garden...

ZampraZ-looking forward to hearing your music.  You've probably heard the song I'm referring to and don't even realize it. It appeared on the Beatles' Abbey Road album.  It's a very happy song, which is exactly like what you sound like...happy as an octupus at sea!! Congratulations again on being recognized by Gibson, you must be an amazing talent!

"The idea for the song came about when Starr was on a boating trip with his family in Sardinia in 1968. He was offered an octopus lunch, but turned it down. Then the boat's captain told Starr about how octopuses travel along the sea bed picking up stones and shiny objects with which to build gardens.[1] Starr said that hearing about octopuses spending their days collecting shiny objects at the bottom of the sea was one of the happiest things he had ever heard. Alright, so I got my gibson, and I love it!
The recording I made was before I adjusted the action, it was too high, so there are mistakes, just a rushed recording of some slow blues
