Topic: Curby's Country Corner

I know I have a limited audience here, but thought I'd pop a few vids from time to time for those that like Americana/Country.

To start off here's a band I've mentioned before, Midnight River Choir.  This song reminds me of Los Lonely Boys' earlier stuff.

2nd group is The Trishas playing a song off their new album.  Think a more mature Dixie Chicks sans the attitude.  These gals are very talented and their sound smells like freshly mowed spring grass.

Re: Curby's Country Corner

The Trisha's are a perfect example of why when I listen to "rootsy" Bluegrass or some Country all I'm hearin' are the roots of the Blues.

                                                                                               Think Bluegrass Green,

                                                                                               J Dawg

What is success? Is it do yo' own thang, or is it to join the rest?   -Allen Toussaint

I can hang with these choices. Not too bad at all. Nice harmonies.

Guthrie Trapp - Interesting guitarist and I likes the interplay with his bassist.
