Topic: the hard way - extra goodie

I was wandering about the extra music-jam at the end of the song "The Hard Way" on So It's Like That. It comes in about 30 seconds after the actual song ends, but is on the same track. I'm sure this topic has popped up before, but I haven't seen it yet. I have to say that it is such a cool jam add on. Can anyone give me more info on this?

Thanks for the info Jane, I just haven't read any posts concerning it. Or, just missed them being such an old topic. I am curiuos to know what Joe said about the track.
