Topic: Live album recordings?!

Just recieved my copy of the dutch magazine Revolver. An interview in which Joe says the next album will be a live one. 'We are gonna tape two shows one in Cleveland and one in Chicago'. Seen on the tourdates that it's early november as Joe is playing those two city's. True??? or??

That's great news! I hope it's true and I hope another DVD is in the works as well.

i hope if he does a live album there will be some stuff that hasn't been recorded on a previous record.  Occasionally things like "Steppin' Out" and "Just Got Paid" emerge, but I would love to hear some new covers that are only for a live record.

I'm curious how these new songs with the sound of 2 guitars ,thru overdubbing,and all the extra strings are going to translate into live shows. I'm going next week. Live Joe recordings are, hands down, my favorites, including many killer solos, why?, because NOBODY can do them like Joe!!
