Topic: My band's first (brand new) album EP! :)

Hello!

My nerdy sci-fi punk rock band is now on Spotify, CD Baby and Amazon cool

If you like They Might Be Giants, Weezer, or any peepy fun to listen to music with a little geek in it, you'll love this. There's also some good face-melting licks. We used the same Det. studio that Seether and Smile Empty Soul has used. Not that we give a lick, but it was professionally recorded anyway.

The band is called Stroller Coaster. The EP is called 2500 A.D.

1. Preoccupied (song about daydreaming in front of a work computer)

2. Purgratorio (song about being trapped between heaven and hell)

3. Intersect (love song about time travelers who cross paths and fall in love)

4. Fall Line (surf-rock instrumental) inspired by snow skiing

5. Drink My Purple Kool-Aid (getting a hot girl to lower her standards to date a nerd)

6. 2500 A.D. (a prophecy about robots running our future)

I clicked on the amazon link and listened to all the clips before going back and reading description. I was going to say it sounds pro and then read it was recorded professionally. Its not my cup of tea but I do think it sounds good. You don't have to like something to admit its good. Well done, nice job!

I checked it out yesterday......It's different......I think you did a good job....
Does not have to be the Blues for me to listen  to...(I listen to wide variety of music)

I too prefer blues. I was added into this band because my co-workers needed another guitarist. His lyrics are clever, and there's a song (not on the EP) where I get a theremin solo cool

Finally got around to listening to this.  I listen to and own a very wide range of music besides blues and classic rock, and I really liked it Nic.  Like you said, fun & poppy.  Sounds great!

I take it, digital is the only available format?
