Topic: Biscuit Miller

Anybody heard of him?

We were in Key West last month and saw him at the Hogs Breath Saloon. Great set, two surprisingly excellent young guitarists with him, Buzz Anderson and Big Al Grebovic, and Dr. Love on drums. We saw them two nights in a row, the second night they were playing to a crowd that when they first took the stage didn't seem to care if they were there or not, but by the third song they'd won over the entire crowd!

Here are a couple of videos I shot and posted (with their permission):

Biscuit is formerly of Chicago, now lives in Indianapolis. Very nice guy! He does have original tunes, but unfortunately in both instances I started to record before knowing what the song was. Kinda funky blues, so he might not be for everyone, but after seeing him on two successive nights, and seeing how his easy manner transformed the room both times, we're confirmed fans!

Re: Biscuit Miller

I havent seen biscuit miller yet but one of his guitarists ( big al grebovic) lives in the detroit area.  I have seen him Many Many times when he was in some different bands and i can tell you that he is AWESOME!!!!!  A fantastic guitar player!

Re: Biscuit Miller

Yes ...Biscuit used to be in the Anthony Gomes band on Bass......
His newest band with Buzz & Al on guitars is a dueling treat for the eyes and ears.
Biscuit reunited with Gomes on bass at the Stuebenville Ohio blues festival this past summer....of course they had a jam at the end of the night.
(Anthony/Buzz and Al on guitars)
I'd go see Biscuit Miller and the Mix again....:)

And so castles made of sand melts into the sea, eventually.........
