Topic: Any plans to tour Australia in 2013?

I came late to the Joe party and missed the Brisbane show. After reading the reviews so far on the Aus tour I'm kicking myself that I didn't become a fan earlier. sad Does anyone know if Joe will be back this way in 2013? I sure hope so. smile

Still time to jump a plane/train/bus and come to Melbourne Jayb.  Come and meet us at The Espy for a gargle before the show ;-)

I certainly hope so. Joe is playing bigger venues each time he comes over, in Sydney anyway, so the word is getting round. Maybe if I get in really quick I'll get front row seats next time.

I was at the Sydney concert and he made mention of the fact that he now has been to Australia three times out of the last three years, but then proceeded to say that it may be a little while before he comes back, and then asked the audience to be patient / not to forget him (or something along those lines).

Joe's always makes it plain that he appreciates his fans.  But getting all over the globe on a regular basis is a logistical nighmare, no matter how much you love it, and us.

Feeling lucky about living in the US (despite our national faults and strengths), even if I can't make a fraction of the options Joe presents here.

Nothing like being in on the early sets, when Joe revs up his touring jet engine, again.  This time, he started overseas.  Smart move, yet again.  Enjoy, all.  And keep spreading the love of Joe to all you know, and sharing it with those still in waiting for the next pass.

Play like you've worked at it, and don't worry about sounding like your influences.  You can't cheat on them, or your practice, anyway.  If you've worked hard at your skill, your audience will know it.
