Very curious to see the Belgium bands: El Fish and Lightnin' Guy. Have you seen them before?

At the latest I hope to see you at the Gompelhof at Sunday Blues Day on 25 November. What a bunch of good bands! Halleluja! Won't let that out. Probably I have to show up there before: Mike Zito, Tjorborn Risager, Wolf Mail, Nimmo Brothers ... Whished there were venue like the Gompelhof around my corner. Hope that they will book Mason Rack Band when they will tour Europe next year, gave Jos a CD when I was there last time to watch Ian Siegal.

Here's a little "extra" Ham-bone is throwing into the UK tour:-

Hamilton has the opportunity to teach some "up-close-and-personal" music workshops/clinics before his May 2013 UK tour...would you rather see Hamilton teach guitar or harmonica?  here's the deal:

-- a guitar workshop would be mainly for musicians with a bit of experience. Hamilton would share his knowledge passed down from the great Blues masters he learned from, while also demonstrating his simple, no-nonsense approach to chording, soloing, and more advanced guitar techniques.  Cost would be only £30 for a 3-hour clinic.

-- a harmonica workshop would be open to ALL, even non-musicians, with NO MUSICAL EXPERIENCE needed.  Basics of "Blues Harp" are easy to learn, and Hamilton would get you playing in the first 10 minutes.  It can be great for families to learn together, and would include the harmonica as well.  Cost would also be only £30 for a 3-hour clinic.

My copy of Ham-bone's new album, Give It Back came yesterday; some crackin' Texas Blues/Rock Funk. Didn't realise it had been so long (Ain't Just Temporary back in '07) since he's released any studio work, but it's more than well worth the wait.

Look out for the European dates November/December.
