How are you in fine Germany this week, hope you had good weather like we have had.

Been a busy two weeks, seen Joe in Sheffield and Liverpool, got one more gig in Blackpool to go.

Already got the ferry tickets booked for the annual event. (need to get more Brits over to this fine family run festival)

Coming over on the 23rd May and staying in Munster for a few days prior to the gig..............see you soon.

Hi Michael and Jullie,

Yeah, we had some fine weather here, sunshine and warm temperatures but now it's cold again.
You are pretty lucky that you could see Joe 3 times. I saw him at the Grugahalle and Joe and the band played better than ever before. Joe got some sounds out of his guitars ... Loved especially his "black beauty" he played Midnight Blues and Mountain Time with.

Will be great to see you both again in Schöppingen.
Line-up is great like ever.
We'll have some music on board ... and of course some beer.

If you arrive earlier, you should think about a stay in Bremen and a visit at the Meisenfrei on 23 May to start with Ryan McGarvey.

The festival will be opened by Tinez Roots Club, a band from the Netherlands.

Kenny Neal & Lucky Peterson are a great back to back finale. I haven't seen Lucky since he married Tamara and a friend who saw him since says his show focuses on her quite a bit now. If Lucky has CD's with him grab a copy of Double Dealin' one of my absolute favorite Blues discs.

It's only because of Ryan playing "next door" that I'm not attending!
This festival is so much fun!!! Camping at the local parc/playground. The fishingclub taking care of your breakfast in a huge tent sitting next to ppl you even don't know, but are part of the big blues family and thus kind of your family.
The stage at the grassfield of the open air swimming pool of the villlage. The complete lack of sleep, because Sissy blows your ears out with a bunch of bluesguitarists you'd never heard of before at 3 in the morning...

So if you're not as Garveydicted as I am, don't hesitate and go to Schöppingen and  Sissy's BluesBus hahaha!

By the way, my opinion is that Bibi got no sleep because of the snoring people tongue some guys had some beer and they snored real loud.

See you there Blues Sissi! Will be great fun again, such a nice festival and look who played there all in the beginning of there career and only a few heard of them:
Joe Bonamassa, Beth Hart, Ana Popovic, Dana Fuchs, Henrik Freischlader, the late Michael Burks, last year Ryan mc garvey and mind my words: this year Mason Rack Band from Australia. His first and only show in Europe but Schoeppingen gets him!!

And the weather will be great again, the forecast says; Dry and 21- 23 degrees centigrade and sunny!! Best festival weather!

I've got the same problem with a 16GB player. I'm stunned that anyone can struggle with 160GB!!
