Topic: Pittsburgh 5-12-2012 Benedum Center

Another fabulous show!!!  It's hard to believe Joe and Co. could get any better, but I have to say the band is on fire and having so much fun!  Out of 12 Joe shows, that was probably the best show I've seen.    Missing were the BonaByrd, goldtops and even the Flying V, but were replaced by an arsenal of historic Les Pauls and his ES-335 (his signature guitar is based on).  For the finale he played a Les Paul that is on loan.  I think the owner is going to have a tough time retrieving his guitar from Joe lol

Here are some of the picts I took at the show

Enjoy!

What an array! I love #42 of the gorgeous loaner 'Sandy'. Great shots all around.

Great pictures.  I, too, am glad you were able to get into the meet and greet.  What did your daughter think of the whole thing?

Re: Pittsburgh 5-12-2012 Benedum Center

Thanks everyone, it was a blast!!!  Yes, I was very fortunate to make it into the m&g after all.  Got to spend quite a bit of time with a very gracious Joe, talking about my guitar.

@Rick - Joe really gave 'Sandy' a workout.   You could tell he REALLY likes that guitar!

@Trun3 - smile no that wasn't me hanging off the stage, but that guy was right in front of us.  He had his point and shoot and was using a flash.  I'm sure Joe loved that.

My daughter I think was a little concerned when Iron Maiden started blasting!  Then all was ok when Slow Train started.  "I love the train song!", she shouted.  She had an incredible time meeting Joe, got her JB hat signed and really enjoyed her first concert and Joe-show.  When your kid thanks you multiple times for something like that, you know they had fun.  Joe spent a significant amount of time on the left where we were seated so to her it was like he was just performing to us.   I told her, she just flew first class, might be kind of hard to top big_smile  By the time we got back to the hotel, she crashed hard.  Me, it took me a while to wind down tongue

My bad, I was being sarcastic.  Your pics were a tad "better" than his ;-)  You have taken wonderful pics.  I know what his looked like because I also used a point and shoot..but with NO flash!

Thanks again for posting!

Oh, no worries!  Sarcasm is my middle name tongue  The poor guy looked like he was hanging on that stage for dear life.
