For MPT the date is March 9 at 10p.m. and March 24 at 9:30 p.m. The guide says:

"The Internationally renowned guitar superstar delivers a stunning performance featuring new songs"

In Chicago it's on 3/4/12 @ 9.00 pm on pbs channel 11 .

In searching for an airing time on my local PBS, which isn't in the near future apparently, I've seen it listed on Iowa, Milwaukee and many other local PBS stations, so check your local listings.

I just checked for Iowa and it will be March 7th @ 9:00 PM.  Calendar is marked and this will be the rocket booster for ticket sales for May 3 @ Des Moines Civic Center. Such a great business tool hooking up with PBS!

Can't wait to see it and hopefully we'll see some familiar faces in the audience!  smile

I'm a little disappointed that it's on TV before we get our preorders sent to us.  No big deal as I won't watch it until my Bluray shows up.

If you look up to the heavens just before the start of every Joe Bonamasaa concert you can see Stevie, Jimi, Muddy, Gary and others leaning over God’s railing jockeying for the best view. 
And if you listen, you can hear Stevie say  “ SHHhhhh,  The kids about to start playing.”

I think it's a heavily edited version for PBS. If I remember right, Kevin Shirley posted something on twitter about editing the show for PBS. I'm sure the DVD/blu-ray will be all that and a bag o' chips!

That was my thought when I saw it listed but I set it to record anyway along with BCC on Palladia.

Why don't we eliminate all the warning labels and let things sort themselves out?

Joe on PBS is a two way street. Not only does Joe get great exposure, but PBS is probably drawing more viewers for these pledge nights that Joe's performances air. Let's see, do I want to stay glued to the TV when I see Joe on or flip the channel when the best of Doo Wop comes on??? A win/win in my book.

Just checked our local station. It airs in San Diego on March 10 at 9pm.
