Topic: meeting Joe on April2,2011 at the Toronto Show. Thanks Long&McQuade

I meet Joe tomorrow night.

should I bring a guitar for him to sign?

I've won the meet'n'greet a few hours before the show.. Wasn't sure of the protocol or if they'd let me in with a guitar.

(I've been told to bring some Goldfish snacks too)

(If only I had 1% of Joe's guitar talent)

They will let you in with the guitar as Joe doesn't restrict what he is willing to sign like other artist often do.  Joe is the best in this and many other fan friendly respects.  Have a great time!

Gibson 60th Anniversary 1959 Les Paul Reissue, Gibson LP Standard Faded CSB, Gibson Gary Moore LP Standard, Epi Joe Bonamassa GT LP, Epi Zakk Wylde LP, Dean Michael Schenker Flying V, Jackson Randy Rhoads V, ESP/LTD George Lynch Kamikaze, EVH Striped Series R/B/W, Fender/Squire John 5 Telecaster, Fender Joe Strummer Relic Telecaster

Joe signed my truss rod cover and the back of the head stock of my Les Paul.

He was impressed since the gutiar (a 2001 model) was an actual 'player guitar' with belt buckel rash and all.

he said it reminded him of his own guitar.

Dear Joe.. I bought it from a real store; the guitar was a trade-in, I spotted it and loved it.. The owner bought a new guitar.. Hates the new one and is now bugging the sales rep to have me sell it back.
Now your signature is on the guitar.. Not a chance.. the guitar likes me too much.  smile
Thanks for the show..

Great come back line.. the signature is "life-time guaranteed; if it ever wears off come back and I'll resign it”
Priceless

P.S.  next time I'll bring the lowest cal fish I can find.

I'm new here, and I haven't read all the interviews - enlighten me on the goldfish crackers?  Those are one of his favorites apparently?

I heard that there were on a different forum.. so I brought some.

I picked box that was individual so that he take some on the plane and not worry about a large open box.

He said it was his favourite.. but the calories are high; next time I'll find low-cal
