Great show! I'll post more later, I'm going on about 2hrs sleep coming off the Bona-high! Joe was awesome, and is such a gentleman, I can't say enough good things about him. I've got about 1000 pictures to sort through, I'll he happy if I get 50 good ones... my camera was struggling a bit with those conditions. Getting to be up right at the stage for the first three songs was so much fun! Even if I have no idea what he was playing
and even if none of the shots come out well, it was totally cool just to be up there. But of course the pictures I care most about are the ones of me and my wife with Joe. The music was tremendous as you all know; Great Flood and Mountain Time were the highlights for me, but it was all good! Dust Bowl and Slow Train are COMPLETELY different how he does them live, as was John Henry.
Met some great folks - Manoj, Jane, Cathy, Vicki, John ... sorry I'm sure I won't remember everyone's names, but Joe has an awesome fan base, the old phrase "judge a man by the company he keeps" comes to mind.
Ok, time for more coffee while I wait for the damn slow card reader to load all those pics...
