Topic: Show Review December 5, 2010 - Sunday - Plaza Theatre Orlando
First of all, let me thank Joe for taking the time after the show to meet with us. I hope you like your custom made monogrammed shroud I made for you. And Thanks for signing one for me as well. I hope it's a good match for your signature model.
Where do I begin.....WOW, what a show!!! The weather was great and our drive from Melbourne, Florida to the Plaza was nice. As we drove in, the first picture was 2 LARGE tour buses and a tricked out semi-truck. At that time we knew we were in for a GREAT show.
Once inside....we saw the seats and we wondered if we were in the right place. Because the last time we were there, the Plaza "larger" seats were still there. So the seats themselves were not the best. But we were there for the music.
There was no warm-up band (which was to our liking), the stage was set-up with a ton of gear and the same amount of lighting effects, It looked very very professional (as expected). The lights went down at exactly 8pm and here comes Joe, right out of the gate playing. And he played for a straight 45 minutes before saying anything to the crowd, he made a joke about that as well, which was nice. I think Joe talked for a total of 3 minutes. He played until 10:45pm. This is a performer you cannot miss. Not to mention the "rest of the band", each member was right on and you could tell, they enjoyed performing as well. Thank you.
The music was just incredible, he is a spectacular performer and a very nice and personable man. It was a show that my husband and I will never forget. Next time you're in town, we'll be there.

Are you guys going to the Melbourne show too? We can't make that one either, but we'll be at the Hollywood show. Glad you had such a good time. but then again, when your seeing Joe Bonamassa, how could you not?
